POOL RULES

“LISTEN…these are the rules people. I don’t make them, I just follow them.”

1. NO RUNNING.

2. NO BOISTEROUS OR ROUGH PLAY.

3. NO DIVING ALLOWED IN AREAS OF THE POOL LESS THAN 5 FEET DEEP OR IN POOLS NOT APPROVED FOR DIVING.

4. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.

5. ADULTS SHOULD NOT SWIM ALONE.

6. NO PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS SHOULD USE THE POOL.

7. NO PERSONS WITH SKIN, EYE, EAR, OR NASAL INFECTIONS ALLOWED IN THE POOL.

8. NO PERSONS WITH COMMUNICABLE DISEASES ALLOWED IN THE POOL.

9. NO ANIMALS OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON THE DECK.

10. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ON THE DECK.

11. ALL PERSONS USING POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.

12. THE POOL IS FOR PRIVATE USE. MEMBERS AND GUEST ONLY.

13. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY USE OF THE POOL TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME.

14. THE POOL IS OPEN MONDAY - SATURDAY FROM 11AM TO 9PM. AND SUNDAY FROM 1PM TO 9PM UNLESS THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER.

15. A FIRST AID KIT IS LOCATED IN THE LIFEGUARD OFFICE.

16. THE EMERGENCY TELEPHONE IS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE LIFEGUARD OFFICE.

17.  14 YEARS OLD AND OLDER CAN BE DROPPED AT THE POOL BY THEMSELVES. 12 YEARS OLD AND OLDER CAN BE DROPPED AT THE POOL WITH SOMEONE 16 YEARS OLD OR OLDER.

18.  NO ALCOHOL.

19.  NO DRINKS OR FOOD OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE POOL.

20.  NO NON-POOL APPROVED TOYS OR BALLS ALLOWED IN THE POOL.

21.  NO FLOATS LARGER THAN ONE PERSON.

Rules and Regulations for 9ft. and Diving Board Area

  • 250lb Weight Limit or Board will break!!

  • One person at a time on Diving Boards.

  • Wait until the person is safely out of the way before the next person gets on the diving board

  • No floats in the 9ft. area.

  • All diving should be straight out from the end of the Diving Board and swim to the closest ladder.

  • All people using the 9ft. area must be able to swim across the 9ft. and back unassisted with a lifeguard witness or accompanied by an adult.

  • No swimming in the 9’ while people are diving.  Divers always take precedence over swimmers.
